Welcome to CourtWaveVibes (the “Website”), an online store owned and operated by Court Wave Vibes(“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and our services, including the purchase of print-on-demand (“POD”) products and access to affiliate links.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. We recommend you review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.  

  1. Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our POD products.  We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

       4.2 Pricing & Payment

Prices for POD products are displayed on the Website and are subject to change. Applicable taxes will be added to your order at checkout. We accept various payment methods as displayed on the Website. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for payment.

       4.3 Order Processing & Shipping

Processing and shipping times for POD products may vary depending on the product and your location. Processing times are estimated between 3-5 business days as all items are made to order.  Estimated delivery times are approximately 3 – 7 business days depending on your shipping location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

      4.4 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of POD products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, pride ourselves on customer service. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will arrange for a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team.  If you are not satisfied with your order you can return the product at your cost and we will issue a refund.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Court Wave Vibes or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the Website without our express written permission.  

  1. Affiliate Links

The Website may contain affiliate links to products and services offered by third parties (“Affiliate Links”). We receive a commission from purchases made through certain Affiliate Links at no extra cost to you. You will be redirected to the actual company’s website and abide by their terms and conditions and refunds policy of that company . We will identify Affiliate Links appropriately. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of any linked website. Your use of any linked website is subject to the terms and conditions of that website.
